Assessment/ Evaluation Session (2 - 3 hours)

• Classroom/school observation, home observation
• Assessments
• Parent and / or teacher discussion
• Comprehensive report within 10 days
• Discussion of the results
• Program of strategies

• Individual therapy sessions and strategies
• Comprehensive report distributed within 10 days
• Report discussion

$65.00 one session

For a therapy block consisting of 10 sessions – $550.00

Comprehensive Report $50.00

Group Therapy (up to 3 students)

• Therapy block of 8 weekly therapy sessions
• Comprehensive report for each child within 15 days

$450.00 per therapy block
(8 sessions, 1 hour each)

$56.25 per group session.  However, parent/s must commit to the full 8 weeks.

School Visits

School Group Programs (up to 4 students)

• Availability will depend on the number of requests
• Therapy block of 6 weekly therapy sessions
• Report within 15 days following the therapy block

‘Head Start’ School Program – An extra $70.00 for parents who request for the OT to assist in implementing the strategies outlined in the report for the first 2 weeks of the child’s 1st school term.

$240 per therapy block
(6 sessions, 1 hour each)

$40 per group session.  However, parent/s must commit to the full 6 weeks.

Comprehensive report $50.00

Educational/ Support Sessions 

Educational presentations and workshops are available to schools and other interested commmunity organisations.

(Price includes all handouts and materials)

$40.00 per hour. 

Time of sessions and prices are negotiable.
